For the holiday season, starting November 1st, we are extending the return deadlines until January 15th.
For returns: The product must be in its original packaging , with all tags attached . The item must be unworn and undamaged. An exchange or refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product. Return shipping costs are covered. To receive a prepaid return label, please contact us using the contact form.
You can request a different size or color as a replacement. In this case, we will send you the replacement item at no extra shipping cost.
Please inform us by sending a new message and note this in your return package.
